Hangs when I try login

When you log in, just use the Box login URL: account.box.com and if the error persists, you can resolve this by using these initial troubleshooting steps: 

• Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
• Try another browser, network connection or machine.
• Make sure your browser is up to date
• Check if your firewall is configured 
• Disable plugins
• Restart your machine
