When i open file excel box . Microsoft excel have pop up “sorry we, couldnt open https://api.box.com..after i check because account login address us is different  with api.box. how to solve  or hidden grant to box apear on excel , word and power point?

We have a folder containing all the financial statements for our companies portfolio. I went in today to access them however the folder is seemingly wiped out of existence. I checked the junk folder and most recent folder and there were no results for either. Where did my documents go? These files are critical to our businesses day to day activities so we need a solution ASAP

Every time I open my PC I have an error on by Box Drive. The error is for upload file limit size. I don't want to upgrade and I understand that the file is not being backed up, all I want is to remove this annoying floating message.  

Are there plans to alter the "waterfall" permissions structure to make it... well, sane? This is not how businesses work. The inability to change subfolder permissions without effecting the parent is unforgivable. It makes permissions a complete nightmare. 

Trying to add a managed user, keep getting this error message: "Email already used in a box account but not associated with an enterprise". What do I do from here? The person states they may have a company box account, but have never logged in or used it. How do I get this person access to our box account? 

HiOne of our users lost access to client folders. The client re-added her and she got the invites. When she clicks on the invite email she is taken to a page not found error. Just wondering if others have seen this?

I got a new computer and had to download Box Tools and Box Drive again. Box Tools works. Box Drive I can't get through the verification. I have put in the correct code several times, but it keeps saying it expired which is hard to believe since I type it in within 10 seconds of receiving it. After I get that message, it resends a "new" code, which ends up being the same one.

Hi. I had 2FA enabled for my phone number. I wanted to change it to app so I removed the phone 2FA and tried to setup it with app code. When I do that, when I enter the code it says the code is wrong. Can you help me?

A company I am consulting with has invited me to have access to one of their company Box folders.  When I clicked to accept the invitation, I was prompted to create my own Box login, which I did.  But when I'm in my own Box account, I can't see the company's file.  On their end, they aren't getting record that I've accepted the invite, even though I've clicked "accept" on the email invite a number of times.  Please help!

My user created an account with his work email address.  He then deleted his account, but I still get the message "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise". Is there a solution?  A previous post mentions converting Unmanaged Users, but that is not my case, they don't show up as unmanaged users. 

Since this very morning we are unable to open & groupally edit Microsoft Power Point Online Archives. Error message is vague.  Please help.  

Tried to update Box Drive but wasn't working so I ended an update program in Task Manager now I'm getting an error like in the title.

I'm currently in the free trial period for a Business license.I'd like to test Box Shuttle, but it's not listed in the contents of the management console and I can't use it.Where can I use it? We are on the Enterprise trial and will have 2 folder hosted in the US zone and a 3rd in the German zone.Can I set that in the trial or do we need to wait until we are on the paid plan and turn on Zones? Thanks, David

Shortcuts created by others are not visible from either web browsers or BoxDrive. How can I make these shortcuts visible and usable?I would appreciate any advice.

I downloaded the Box Drive for Windows x64 and tried to install and received the following message during installation. I was able to install Box Toolbox successfully.

i have fast internet speeds but uploading to box has been painfully slow all day. it was a bit faster earlier today.  

  With a new PC that has an Intel processor, I wanted to install Box Drive, but now I got the error message: "Called runscript when not marked in progress." Even after restarting it didn't work. What can I do to use Box Drive as usual again?
