The user’s Box document shared link has been expired already.  Can Box Admin re-share the document from Admin Console?  Or is that only allowed to do by the user self?

      Hi ​@cliu, 

      Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll gladly provide the details to access the shared content. 

       

      Once the shared link has expired, the owner is capable of recreating a new link and re-do the same shared link access type. 

       

      Creating a link to share:

      1. In your Box files view, hover your cursor over the row of the file or folder you wish to share.
      2. On the right, click (Create and) Copy Shared Link (Shared_link_icon.png). 

        The Shared Link window opens.  The link automatically copies to your clipboard.

      That's it.  You can now paste that link into the app of your choice -- email, messaging, and so on -- to share your content.
