Welcome to Box Community and we’ll help figure out your storage limit error.
To keep track of your used storage, you can head over to Box.com> Account Settings> Scroll down to Account Details and look for Storage Used.
To isolate your issue, please answer the following:
- Are you uploading files when the account limit reached error occurred?
- If your answer is yes, what is the total size of the item you’re uploading?
- What is the URL link to the affected folder?
