I am getting an account storage limit reached?

Welcome to Box Community and we’ll help figure out your storage limit error. 

 

To keep track of your used storage, you can head over to Box.com> Account Settings> Scroll down to Account Details and look for Storage Used. 

 

To isolate your issue, please answer the following: 

  • Are you uploading files when the account limit reached error occurred? 
  • If your answer is yes, what is the total size of the item you’re uploading?
  • What is the URL link to the affected folder?
