Hello, I just joined Box on the free plan and need to send an e-signature to a client - I understand that I have 5 per month as part of my plan.

However I am getting an error message now that says “Box Sign signature requests is temporarily unavailable for certain users.”

My questions are:

1. How often does this happen?
2. When can I expect this issue to be resolved?
3. What is the lowest subscription tier that I can upgrade to now to avoid this issue?
