My favorite files and folders are not shown as My Collections since the new UI started. The message says "Failed to load collections Retry" and I never succeeded to load anything so far. I tried to create new collections, but it fails again and again, too. Also My tasks cannot be loaded. I can't use these functions and it is very inconvenient. How could it be fixed, please?

I'm having this same issue. Was trying to create a collection to visually separate internal documents from customer folders, for easier navigation. To my knowledge, I am a full user member (through work). Would be great if it worked! Thank you.

For anyone experiencing this issue, clearing all cookies in my browser resolved it for me.
