For Box Community members, if you’re working on gaining your training certification for the Box Intelligent Content Expert and should you need to re-take the exam (which you can do as an 80% pass score is required),  here’s guidance on how to navigate the site and re-take the exam should you need to do so.  I was unsuccessful in my first exam attempt so had to study-up and retake it.  So, if you find yourself in this position, here’s the guidance that might be helpful:  You should be able to retake the exam by navigating back to the exam on training.box.com. You should see a button that says “Review”. This will take you back to your exam where you can click “Retake Questions” in the top-right to retak
