We wish to use a Box Note as a template note and then print it to PDF so we can have a client Box-sign it. However, a recent change in Box has left us unable to print more than the first page. Every BN now only allows printing 1 of 1 pages - and that is using the “three dot...print” method. What is the workaround for this? Now we are copying it into a word doc to print which is counter productive.  Thanks!!

I am sure I am missing something, but I do not see a way to ceate a new Hub.  I do not have a Hubs option in the left nav… thoughts pointers?

How can I edit my “open” options. In one file I can open in Microsoft Excel Online, but in another that was shared with me I can only open in Google Sheets. But when I try to log in to Google it doesn’t work. I’d like to be able to open and edit in Microsoft Excel Online. What I currently see:  What I want to see:

I am a member of two different box groups and in both of them, I am unable to view/download pdf files.  I am able to view microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint files, but I am not able to open pdf files.  Process of steps to open pdf before error:Selected “More Options” Open with… Adobe Acrobat (web) Pop up box arrives that says, “Get the world’s best PDF and e-signature tools embedded inside Box with Adobe Acrobat for Box.  This third party application is requesting the ability to: Read from file xxxx.pdf. You will be taken to a 3rd-party application.” Select Okay New tab for Adobe Acrobat opens but then receive the following error message, “File preview error.  File preview not available, please reload to try again.” All reload attempts do not open pdfAlso tried Open with: Open with Adobe Acrobat but get error message, “Unable to open.  xxx.pdf could not be opened because you are not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and try again.”Also tried downloadin

I set up a folder to share with others to upload files, but it keeps showing "An error occurred while uploading. Please try again"ps:I have followed the steps to troubleshoot the problem, but it still doesn't work.

Hey everyone, I just downloaded Box Mobile to try it out, and it is very practical for the iPad. Though, the only thing I am missing is the possibility to change the speed of the audios, so times 1.5 or 2. On the web, there is a setting that makes it able to change this, but the app is missing this function. Am I the only one missing this? Am I just missing it? Could this option be added for the app? It must not be so difficult to add the function, but I don’t know who to contact for this. If you have any tips, please let me know. Kind regards.
