We are excited to introduce advanced signature request reporting for admins in Box Sign, enabling admins with the ability to granularly monitor and track signature request activity and usage across their account. This gives them the ability to closely track signature request completion rates as well as closely examine their usage for advanced features and authentication capabilities that are purchased as add-ons to their account.
Admins can run and filter reports on signature request data and configurations, including:
- Request type, ID, origin, title, status, and flow
- Box Sign API add-on usage
- Number of documents
- Template name and creator
- Number of signers, recipients, and recipient groups
- Completion time
- Number of CAC/PIV signers
- And more!
Admins can also configure the report date range, schedule the report to automatically run on specific dates, and filter reports by specific users or groups, as well as request ID. They can also save the report settings for future reports and invite users to view the generated reports as well.
