Prediction 1: Agentic AI Adoption - “By end of 2026, at least 50% of enterprise AI deployments will include autonomous agents handling multi-step workflows—not just answering questions, but taking action.”

Prediction 2: Model Commoditization - “The ‘which model’ question will matter less as orchestration layers abstract model selection. Organizations will care more about outcomes than underlying models.”

Prediction 3: Governance Maturation - “AI governance will shift from ‘permission-based’ to 'guardrail-based’—enabling by default within boundaries rather than requiring approval for each use case.”
