This change is designed to better protect your account and content with an additional layer of security, and will be rolling out starting with Box Drive, with other Box native applications (I.e., Box Sign, Box Relay, etc.) to follow. |
| Style updates to email notifications Rolling out | Over the coming weeks, Box will continue migrating email notification templates from our legacy notification service to the Notifications Platform.
As part of this work, some customers may notice minor updates to the look and wording of certain email notifications. These updates are intended to improve consistency across notification emails and support a more modern, maintainable notification experience over time. |
| Embeddable Box Forms and Unique Form Titling Launched | 1) Box Forms Embedding in iFrame (New Feature) We’ve added iFrame embedding for Box Forms enabling users to embed Box Forms wherever iFrames are supported. This enables seamless integration into websites, portals, and internal tools.
2) Unique Form Titling We’ve ensured Forms have unique titles to make it easier for form creators to manage and deploy their forms. Form Titles are now unique, meaning each form must have a distinct title. Form names can still be duplicated, allowing flexibility in how forms are displayed (i.e. its possible for user to have multiple forms named "NDA".) |

| Multi-Factor Authentication for External Collaborators on Mobile Android Launched | Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available for external collaborators using the Android Box mobile app. MFA represents a critical component of any organization’s content security strategy, and by extending it to mobile external collaborators we are further protecting customers against compromised accounts leading to data theft. |
