I am fairly new to Box. I would like to know how I can collaborate with Box?

My organisation recently migrated to Microsoft environment.We collaborate on documents with an organisation using box. Now I am trying to sign in to work in a document but it always redirects me to Google sign-in. I also changed my password, and tried using a new browser, incognito window etc. Nothing worked. I can’t access my account….

One of the most important 1st steps when starting out with Box is planning your folder structure. Checkout this article which covers the following points.  Here are some questions to consider before designing your Box folder structure:Who moves, owns, and maintains the content? What root level folders make sense for your org? This is typically based on the departments, regions, or groups using Box. Does your organization prefer to give users the ability to create and manage their own top-level folders? Or does your organization prefer to own (and control) all root level folders?  Something I often go over with end users is how to make our shared links a little bit more secure.So, in this video I’ll demonstrate how you can add a password or an expiry date to your shared links with just a few clicks. I have many customers that are setting up their Box environments to optimize department level service accounts and folders to hold organizational information. This enables better content stewardship and ownership from the enterprise, and reduces risk.From a non-technical standpoint, what campaigns or messaging do you share with end users to encourage departmental uses (versus creating and utilizing personal folders)?

What exactly makes the infrastructure of Box in terms of data centers and public cloud services? Woudl it be AWS or Google? 

Hi all, I know many of our healthcare customers love Box for external collaboration for their research teams as Box is both a secure platform for PHI and has advanced collaboration permissioning.With classification labels, Box provides real-time user-facing alerts if someone accidentally tries to share a classified document with an external user, as opposed to other DLP tools that delete the content after it was already shared, and never notifying the user. Working with other universities on research is easy and secure, and integrations with tools Microsoft Office allow users to co-author in real time. I’ve also seen Box used in patient safety and quality departments as a PHI-approved repository for problem investigations and policy/procedure updates. RCAs, incident response proposals, and presentations can be edited and updated directly in Box with tasks and annotation, and then receive sign-off in Box with Box Sign.How else are healthcare organizations

Trash? What on earth is “trash”? 🤔 As someone who speaks 🇬🇧UK English thankfully I don’t have use Google Translate on Box to find out. The native Box applications have support for a range of different languages and variations and it’s really easy to change to the one that suits you best. All you need to do is log in to Box and then click your profile picture (or initials if you haven’t set a picture yet) in the top right hand corner.  From there select ‘Account Settings’ and then you’ll see a range of options including your language. A screenshot of the account settings page showing the language dialogue box 

 When I try to access my account I receive this message. "Your password has expired. Enter your email address and we'll send you steps to create a new   password."  The problem is that I no longer have access to this email, as it no longer exists. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem, so I can regain access to my files?  Thanks in advancedE. Lopes
