how to install a box in a new cellphone

I have a new company cellphone and I tried to install the app but it said I am not able to. do you have any tips??

👋 Hi ​@Crisarana, welcome to the Box Community! To help isolate your issue and investigate further, could you please review and confirm the following:

 

  • Can you please provide the exact error message that you encountered?
  • Is the OS of the affected device up to date? (See: Understand the Box Policy For Browser And OS Support)
  • Have you installed the Box app on your other devices?
  • Are other users experiencing the same issue?
  • If you’re using iOS, can you check with your admin if Box for iOS is enabled in Admin Console > Integrations > Box integrations and clients?
  • Please log in to box.com > Apps, search for “Box for iOS”, and confirm if it has been added.
  • For admins: please verify if there is a limitation on the number of devices per user in Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Device Protection > Device Pinning (see the Device Pinning article for details).
