- Can you please provide the exact error message that you encountered?
- Is the OS of the affected device up to date? (See: Understand the Box Policy For Browser And OS Support)
- Have you installed the Box app on your other devices?
- Are other users experiencing the same issue?
- If you’re using iOS, can you check with your admin if Box for iOS is enabled in Admin Console > Integrations > Box integrations and clients?
- Please log in to box.com > Apps, search for “Box for iOS”, and confirm if it has been added.
- For admins: please verify if there is a limitation on the number of devices per user in Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Device Protection > Device Pinning (see the Device Pinning article for details).
