How to paste the box link as it's name

HI,

after copy the box link , i can only got the box link after paste it.

but my friends can paste the link as the box name , which can easily see what the link ralated .

does any one knows how to set this function?

    👋 Hi ​@Jia, welcome to the Box Community! I’d be glad to help.

     

    When you copy a link from Box, it will always appear as the raw URL. The only exception is in Box Notes, where you can choose how the link is displayed: it’s either “Display as URL” or “Display as Preview”. If you select “Display as Preview”, the link will appear as the file name (as shown in the 2nd and 3rd image).

     

    For other applications, you’ll need to use the Insert Link 🔗 feature. Simply paste the Box link into the hyperlink field and set the display text to the file name or any label you prefer.
