Has anyone figured out how to add a note during a SIGN routing? We want to add a simple note during the routing of a SIGN document(s) that adds a simple note to someone down the routing line. How do we add a note without completely cancelling and resending the SIGN package?

Box Sign currently does not offer a feature to add a note mid-routing without cancelling and resending the signature request.
As a workaround, for pre-routing notes:
When sending a document for signature, you may consider adding a custom message under Email Notifications in the right sidebar. This allows you to include instructions or other relevant information for the recipient.
You can also use the Text Input field to add pre-filled text for signers to view. To prevent edits, you can enable the Read-Only option in the field settings so signers cannot modify or interact with the text.
Note: When you place a text field, it is assigned to a specific person, and only that assigned user can see the custom text.
