If the current owner of the folder has left your organization, you'll need to contact your Box Primary Admin, who can help regain access to the folder.
Here’s what your Admin can do:
Since the owner is no longer with your company, your Admin can delete the user and transfer the user's contents.
Invite you to the folder as a collaborator and change your access level via Admin Console > Content.
Regarding ticket submission: it appears your organization has a designated team that works with Box Premier Services. For further assistance, please reach out to your internal helpdesk team.
