I used and modified the file several times this morning and then it just disappeared.    I've searched trash, recent and all folders. It is no where to be found. Please help,   Carol

Is it possible to change a managed user to an external collaborator? Also, how do I change it? The domains are the same.

I opened a box account to sign into  USAfx for federal discovery.  I cannot open an account under USAfx but can log into my Box account.   Do I need to be invited by the US Attorney to access USAfx?

Hi!  After installing box edit the option is greyed out. I have: Cleared cookies. Restarted computer. Disabled add-ins in Excel. Reinstalled Box Edit. None of these have resolved the issue.

 A colleague sent me files via a link. The link opens up but says "Shared file/folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you". The sender is sure that she has granted me access to the folder. The files also do not show up on my dashboard.

I have tried to make my Box folder online only, as shown by the picture below. However, it's still taking space in my device. It doesn't change whether I tick "Online only" or "Make available offline only".How do I resolve this? I want the files in this folder to only be available online, and not take up space in my machine.

My box reports 8.8 GB of 10.0 GB used even after deleting all files and folders along with emptying the trash. Please reset. Thanks

Box says it is 100GB full but all folders are only 40GB. The bin is empty. Please help us use our full storage space

Hi, I have been trying to integrate box with salesforce. I was able to add it as a component in two record pages, unit and case but when I want to create a new folder I get an error message saying Folder for the request cannot be created/found.Please check configuration.   Is there anything I am missing in terms of configuration?   Can someone please explain me how to fix this?

This should be a simple process.  Why make it so difficult? My account profile lists collaborators and it's easy to add and delete them.  Why is there no option for reducing seats?  Shouldn't the collaborators listed be reflective of the users of the account?  Some of our staff are no longer with the firm.
