Space is shown incorrectly

Please, run the script in order to correct the free space, Box Show Used of 5.5 GB but the size of files is 2.9 GB. I delete and copy many files and the space is inaccurate

    Is necessary run this script always than files are deleted? in order to show the correct space?? because this is a frequently operation for any user
