Incorrectly out of storage

My account tells me that I am out of storage although only half of my storage is actually used.

    Thank you for the article which helped me understand the problem. However, it does not give me a solution. The article says my storage calculation should be updated in 24 hours, but this problem has been on-going for a month for me.

    I've heard there is a script that can update the storage calculation. Can you run the script for me?
