I need to open a support ticket,  I'm being signposted to open a ticket however the signposts only lead to the community.
How do I access an actual human for support please?

Hi Steve,  Thank you for the link,  it doesn't give me an option to open a ticket,  It brings up the box community box which brings me right back to here again.  I would expect to find a link that takes me straight to somewhere I can click and file a report for support.  I don't want to use the community support as it doesn't get me the assistance i'm needing.
I don't understand how Box are selling their services with 24/7 support when it's either not there or the support is provided by users of the service in a community forum.


That's surprising.  When I use that link, I get a page that has buttons for submitting a case, viewing our open cases, or chatting with an agent.  What support subscription do you have?
