I'm an admin to a large account and realized that there were a lot of broken links leading to folders that previously worked but were longer active. After running the user activity report, it looks like one of the users has moved a large number of files and folder to the trash. How do I recover these deleted files?

User has moved a large amount of files to the trash. We need recover all the files that this user has moved to trash.
