We are using Box for Oracle NetSuite V3. When logging in via the Box Content tab in the NetSuite UI, Firefox prompts for login again, whereas login is successful when using Google Chrome. Is there any specific configuration required when using Firefox?

Is there a resolution to this issue? I'm experiencing the same issue. Confirmed I'm on the latest version of Firefox which appears to be supported by both Box and NetSuite. Please advise what the outcome of this issue is?
Hi Mlittle, It's fixed by Box support help me as following solution.
A recent update to Firefox included a change to their Standard browser privacy settings set that included a setting called Cross-site cookies in all windows (includes tracking cookies). In order for the login to Box to be recognized in the Box for NetSuite integration, some cross-site tracking cookies need to be enabled. Here's how you'd navigate to the relevant setting:
- Open Firefox and select the three lines in the top right corner and select Settings
- Select the Privacy & Security tab
- If on Standard, select Custom
- From the drop down menu for Cookies, change Cross-site tracking cookies to Cookies from unvisited websites
