When I create a Word document, I want to save it. My libraries listed are Google Drive, which I abhor, Downloads, One Drive, and Google Drive Stream. I want to see Box listed there. I cannot seem to find a Box app to download, although I have seen Box Sync, which I read is outdated; I have seen Box for Office, I have seen Box Tools. I use Box as an integration with legal software CLIO. Help, I just want to get all my documents organized. Keith Liberman

Windows 11. Box Drive stopped working with no error messages. Tried to uninstall program at Control Panel but error message claims that it can't locate installation file "Box.2.49.257.msi.” Search of C: drive cannot find file. Tried to reinstall Box Drive but received same error message. How do I completely remove and reinstall Box Drive under these circumstances?
I am the Admin on my company’s box account. My members regularly share folders externally. Suddenly we are getting a message that says “Invitations could not be sent … because external collaboration is restricted” As the Admin nothing has been changed or updated to stop collaboration externally. What could be causing this?
After opening Box Drive, I am prompted with a window titled "Login to Box Drive" so I click Log In to open browser to complete login. I type my email address and it recognizes I have a Google Account so I select the Google Account and it processes then opens "Login to Box Drive" again. It's an endless loop preventing me from learning anything on the platform. Please help.
Not asking a question bc its been asked here a thousands times and no one ever answers. BOX is impossible to organize the folders. We are petitioning our university to stop using box, you all should do the same with your organizations.

Hi, I have purchased the Unlimited Business Plan and have been uploading a significant amount of work files. However, I am now receiving a message that says "storage limit reached." As I understand it, I have unlimited storage with this plan. I am uploading my data from a Synology NAS server, and it is currently showing "your public cloud quota reached." I experienced the same issue last month, which prevented me from uploading anything from both the site and the server. With the start of the new month, the issue persists. My uploading work is pending, and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

When I move the "Box-Box-Backup" folder to the bin, after I confirm with my computer password permission. It will show "The operation can’t be completed because “Box-Box-Backup” needs to be downloaded." By the way, I didn't remember how comes the "Box-Box-Backup" folder.

I am using box web to organize project files and folders but they need to be sorted by name by default. However, Box arranges them by date, and there is no option to change the default sort by name. Can anyone help me if any work around or actual setting available somewhere ? Thanks

Hello Box Support Team,I am currently configuring SAML SSO for Box using Azure AD as the Identity Provider, but the setup seems to be stuck and I’m unable to proceed.Issue description I started the SSO (SAML) configuration around 6:00 PM yesterday (JST). Since then, the Box Admin Console has continuously shown the status:“Awaiting file connection” Under SSO Certificates, it still shows “0 of 2 in use”. What I have tried I have attempted to upload the SSO certificate multiple times from the Admin UI. The upload appears to complete, but the certificate is not recognized in the UI, and the count remains 0/2. I have reviewed several Box and Azure SAML setup articles and documentation, but none addressed this specific behavior. Questions / requests Is there any known issue or common cause where uploaded SAML certificates are not reflected in the Box Admin Console? Is it possible that the SSO configuration is in a stuck or inconsistent state? How can I completely reset or clear t
