I have the same complaint as everyone else - I cannot find a way to update my credit card and the website just sends us in meaningless circles without a way to access what i need. Can you send me a link so that I can update my credit card?

It's impossible to update your credit card on this site. Why? It sucks big time. 


On every single other site I have my cc info on--like 10 sites--- it's easy to update. On this site it just won't do it. Makes me want to go somewhere else. 


They seem to want to avoid you cancelling your account without a sales person intervening.  I can't think of another reason.  And, nothing has changed in 4 years... that was my request 4 years ago, and I need to change credit cards again... it's no easier than it was.
