I have been looking for my files/folders and they are missing. I have looked everywhere (including Trash) and cannot find them. Can someone please help me get my files? I had the free 100GB account and had been using it for sometime.
Box Support, please help, I am willing to pay for this effort. It has some of my dad's audio voice (who is no more) and I really need to get it. I had a backup which I lost and when I tried to go get another backup, I realized several folders are missing.
Please please help me retrieve these files.
