I installed Box on my PC and on my work PC. However, I cannot delete a folder. It remains in red for me, but this only happens on my work PC. On the web and on your home PC, it is correctly deleted. Hello, I recently had my last name changed but still lets me log in with my previous log in and now I am missing several files.
Our support team often requests documents from customers that can contain sensitive information. I'd like to create a folder that my staff cannot accidentally share with customers. They should ONLY be able to create a file request so that documents can be put into this folder and only downloaded by our internal staff. But the folder should never be accessible to people outside of our organization with the exception of uploading documents. Is it possible to configure these settings in Box? I have toyed with the settings and this does not seem possible.
The email domain for our email addresses at work has changed. I need to change the email address for my Box account. I have followed the other posts that tell you to go to your Account Settings, but there is no option to change my email address. I have an Individual Account, so the Admin Console route is not applicable.

I have many situations/use cases where we have a team folder, but only certain teams/people need access to a set of subfolders. And sometimes only want individuals to have access to the subfolder and not anything else in the parent folder. Why can't Box do this when all other major file sharing solutions allow this (OneDrive, ShareFile, etc.)?

I am the admin for this account. I get through the steps to add domain, but all I get as an error when I try and add gmail.com as a domain is "Domain cannot be added", no other explanation as to why. Is this a known issue and is there a work around? I tried also adding "gmx.com" just to see if it was a gmail thing and I get the same result.

Hi! Once we remove the CUI label from a document (if it's not truly CUI), if you move it or change it, it automatically pops up as CUI again. Is there any way have CUI not come back once it is removed? Thanks!
Welcome I was absent from my account for a while, and I was surprised when I logged in that there was no data, even though I had not deleted it, and they were not shared files. Can this be remedied by the site administration?
When the app sends me to chrome to fill in my login data and I fill it correctly, it sends me back to the app, which reserts and goes back to the login prompt window, so i cant access the app
A folder that had been synced for a long time is no longer synced for some reason. I restarted by PC a few times, but that didn't help. I un-synced that folder and re-synced, but the problem still persists. What else can I do?
Hi, when I access a certain folders on my BOX, the display starts shaking, making it very hard for me to even read and identify the file/folder title in the folder. Do anyone have a similar experience and how to resolve this? It's migraine-inducing and frustrating to say the least.
