I was invited to share a file but the redirection failed with the message “redirection failed this file does not exist”. I’ve never had this issue before. Any suggestions?

I am receiving the same error message when trying to open a file sent to me: “Redirection failed this file does not exist” Was this resolved and was there a solution?

I have this problem with but only iOS. The link works fine on my laptop but I get the redirect failed notification on my iPhone and iPad.
I’m not finding a solution, any help would be appreciated!
