Hello,

I noticed a folder with several files had disappeared from Box. The files are not in the trash and don't show up in search. The previous admin of the area has left the company recently, and she set me as the new admin. However, I didn't receive any notification about the change of my status, and today I noticed I can't see these files. They are a few Excel files with important data. Can I please regain them somehow?
