I cannot login to the Box Sync app, even though the same username and password works on the web app (https://app.box.com/folder/0). It keeps saying I have the wrong credentials on my Mac app. Can anyone help with this?

I received an email saying that 118 applications removed, the body read that 118 applications were removed from your login activity list. I had not login into remove, I need to get a breakdown of who accessed my account and who removed the applications. Thank you, Flavia Yuch
When I go into my Box account online and click Download, I get a message at the bottom that says the message attached in the picture.and then nothing ever downloads. When I use the synced files on my computer, they are not opening and I'm not able to copy and paste them locally on the computer. However, if I preview them in Box online, I can see the files and contents.I've tried different browsers and clearing the cache.

Initially when request header contains empty name value pair the rest api was working fine, recently api is throwing 400 bad request error. We want to know whether Box API has added any latest changes on header validation. We did not find any documentation on such changes, this seems to be unexpected change. Can we get an update on what is modified at Box API end so that we can handle accordingly. Hi, after a longer time I looked at my box account and found out that there are no files or folders anymore. I mean literally none. Yet the storage indicator shows 19.6 GB of 50.0 GB used. I tried uploading some files and those went fine. The original files are nowhere to be found, in trash or otherwise. Please advise.
I had some issues with Box not syncing my files, so I tried updating the application and restarting my computer. With that not working, I had to uninstall the app then re-install, but now I'm getting a message saying "Box encountered an issue" Can someone please help with this issue?

When I applied for the "Startar plan" because I could no longer open some files, all the files in the folder disappeared. After a few hours, only the folder returned, but the contents were empty! I can check the number of files, but still when I look inside the folder, there is nothing! I am confused and don't know what happened.

I'm writing this on behalf of a user with Viewer access, whom I am attempting to share a file with via the Share option inside of Box. When they attempt to open the link, either via URL or by email, they are receiving an error:"Invalid captcha response. Please try again."They have reviewed with their IT team and do not see any captcha responses being prompted, and we are having no issues opening the file on our end. Is there any troubleshooting steps or advice we can send to this client so they are able to open up the file?
I'm using Box CLI to run a command batch. It will run and pass authentication when the batch file (.bat) runs under the personal ID I did the OAuth setup with. However it won't pass authentication when it's running under an admin ID set up to run batch jobs in our environment. I get the errors below. I can't quite figure out what needs to be done. It appears I need an environment file or some way to get tokens (I haven't found the refresh token). I assume this is all pretty basic but I haven't found the magic link which explains it all yet especially when using the Box CLI. Any references or solutions are appreciated. The batch command looks like this: "C:\Program Files\@boxcli\bin\box" files:upload --bulk-file-path=E:/Scripts/BoxUploadFiles.csv No default environment found.It looks like you haven't configured the Box CLI yet.See this command for help adding an environment: box configure:environments:add --helpOr, supply a token with your command with --token.
I'd like to understand if I give an outside vendor access to a folder in Box, what else they can see. For example if the file structure was as follows: All files / FY23 / CTV and I invite someone to CTV, can they then also access FY23 and All files? Or would they only have access to CTV and any files and sub folders in that folder? (So downstream access but not upstream?) Thanks!
Been having issues with synching box through Finder so I decided to uninstall Drive and install again ("Failed to initialise with MacOS). Now it won't even open to app so all I have is the browser. Any suggestions? I'm on Big Sur 11.6. Thanks!
