Hi! I cannot find a support email, but I'm trying to add two users to our organization account. These users signed up for free accounts before we were able to create their users in our org. They have deleted their self made accounts since. It's been a couple of hours but it still will not allow me to add them to our org. 

Please advise

We are having the same issue. We need to get these users into our Enterprise account ASAP. is there a way we can get your support group to delete the required emails form your system so we can move the users into our Enterprise Account?
