Hi, I can not insert a new folder neither upload documents to existing folders. Acc. to it-support I should be able to, as I do have the rights to do so.

Is there an error when you try to upload a file/folder in the existing folder?
Looks like you only have collborated folders present in your account. Can you confirm if you have permission to create a sub-folder or upload a file in the said folder?
