I just had a window 11 update and all my folders and files are gone

How do I contact support?


 


I have the same issue, but i can still see my Company's files, but all mine are gone, i am not sure if its a windows 11 issue, maybe the problem was when my company share with me some files?

Did you lost your files from your local Box folder or desktop folder (folder within your desktop outside of Box)?


Also, can you check if your missing files are in box.com?
