Request to Recover All Files in Folder

Dear Box Product Support Team,

I would like to request the recovery of all files in the deleted Folder [502 LYT 社内個別タスクフォルダ（永峯 厳 王 銭 連）]. 
Based on my previous understanding, although Folder A is no longer in my Trash, I hope to recover its contents.

Please let me know if it is possible to restore these files and what information or steps I need to provide.

    The files in this folder suddenly disappeared. I asked the last person who operated on it, and she said she didn’t delete anything from the folder. Could there be an issue with Box?

    Additionally, in the first image, the local sync shows two empty folders, but when I check in the web browser, there’s nothing at all. I'm starting to suspect that there might be a bug with Box.
