Hello, You previously closed my post without providing support. We have a shared folder in box account that is now missing all files and folders and is completely blank. Nothing was deleted. We had multiple users on the box account and they have checked and see the same thing - everything gone. We did not receive any kind of communication regarding account cancellation or anything of this nature. Could someone please let me know what has happened. In your previous answer where you closed the inquiry, you said the owner of the shared folder needed to give us access. However, the owner of the shared folder opened their box account and also is seeing everything missing, so the issue is not resolved. Thank you.
Hey Team, While my local Box storage occupies <40GB, Box online reports >51GB with same number of files. Can you please help me understand or fix this issue? P.S.: I am posting this issue for a second time because, after clicking Submit, I neither got an acknowledgement that my post was received nor was able to find my post on the support forum. What is the timing on the ARM integration? It seems that this should not be an overly complex fix and a priority given that many Windows systems like my new one are now using that processor. If this isn't resolved soon I would imagine customers like myself will need to shift to another file management system that does work with ARM

Recently I got a new computer and started using Box Sync on it and an older device but suddenly starting yesterday Box Sync can no longer sync any file, and will spit out the Quota Exceeded error even if the file size is far below the threshold and my total memory for my Box account is now at 3 GB (even though online it still says 10.4 GB) I noticed a few other folks have had the same issue upon using a new device with their account. Anyway you can help me out? Thanks!

I have a developer Box account where I created a custom app (client credential flow), I managed to get an access token using postman and make some requests using it. However when I'm trying to make a request from the Salesforce I'm getting the next error: Unable to fetch the OAuth token. Error: unauthorized_client. Error description: The "box_subject_type" value is unauthorized for this client_id.Can anyone help or explain what I'm doing wrong.

This account automatically renewed 4/4/25. I have not used this service since last year and have been taking care of a sickparent full-time. This automatically renewed without an email being sent to prior because if that had been done I would have canceled it. I logged in this weekend to try and see what could be done . Please assist I don't have 540.00 to pay for a service that I don't use. I can use that money to pay for my mom's medicine. Please advise.
Hello Team Currently I am using free account. In order to evaluate my application integrating with BOX, I would like to build my application with "Server Authentication with JWT" method. However unfortunately I did not create it because "Authorization" tab is not seen from my console so that I cannot take an Action of "Review and Submit". Reading the similar articles, I came to understand that "Authorization" tab is not available for free account. I am going to upgrade my account but let me know which is the least expensive plan I can use Server Authorization with JWT" ?

Hey, I wasn't able to sync any files due to storage limit. The increase didn't make any sense so I went ahead and transferred all my files off Box. Now, with not even a single file, it shows that I'm using 24.4GB?! Where are they coming from? I've been a user for years and trying to figure if it's worth staying or changing since I've already offloaded my data...wasted several hours just to do this and it wasn't the first time I ran into those storage issues...
Hello, My name is Edan Lloyd, and I did a free account in the box to store my files. I want to try the application before I will pay for it. I tried to install BoxDrive. I did the installation, and I got the window to log into my account. I pressed on it and entered my email address for the account. It opened a window that said opening the drive, and after a few seconds, it got back to the login screen and didn't add the drive. I need your help to figure out What I did wrong.
