I have been copying files to and from box desktop for years. Lately I have been having issues with this. One day it works and the next day it does not. I restart my computer, my wifi. Turn the extension off and on. Nothing seems to work. It is just random. I am on a mac running monterey 12.5

I am having the same issue - I use Box from the Desktop regularly. I find myself recently complaining to my staff that I don't have docs that they swore they have added. It turns out the docs only stayed on Box.com but not synched to my Desktop. I did a whole troubleshoot thing, removing and reinstalling the Box desktop app.  Took hours and hours to synch from Cloud. Now I have the same issue again.  Most recently, I sent the file request link to an outside client to add their documents, but I didn't see the docs for days in Desktop, thinking that they hadn't add their docs. But in fact they did and I could see the document on Box.com but not on my desktop.
