Hello team, 


Our work emails do not receive the confirmation emails to activate the accounts.


When we first registered with these emails, we had security restrictions on the domains we receive from. However, all restrictions have been removed and box.com domain has been whitlisted but we still don't receive the confirmation email!


Please advise with the solution for this issue and with the best channel to communicate our emails.
