I want to activate a disabled account.
I want to activate an account that has been disabled by the administrator, but the administrator's account has also been disabled and cannot be operated from the administrator.
How can I activate it?

    It looks like you are using an email from a personal Box account. I suggest that you request again using the email associated with the administrator you are pertaining to so we can investigate closely investigate further.

    Also, the administrator's account is disabled and cannot be operated even if requested.
    Can't you operate it on the support side?
