Missing filles

To confirm, do you own the missing files or are these collaborative items shared by someone else to you?

If a collaborative item that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative content. You will have to contact the owner to have them re-invite you to that content again.

If you own the missing content, do you happen to have other Box accounts where you may have stored? Multiple accounts of Box can confuse other users on which account they have stored their contents so this might be the same to you if you have 2 or more other Box, you might be looking at the wrong account.

Otherwise, have you tried to check your Box Trash? Box allows you sort and filter items within the trash folder, so if the contents were shared to other collaborators and one of them deleted it, you can filter content by 'Items I own' to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.

• The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.
• The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.

thank you France, no i am sure that there were no collaborative files. actually these are my scans over ids and all kind of docs that only me have acces to it. is there any possibility to restore or i can start over?
