Hello team, Our work emails do not receive the confirmation emails to activate the accounts. When we first registered with these emails, we had security restrictions on the domains we receive from. However, all restrictions have been removed and box.com domain has been whitlisted but we still don't receive the confirmation email! Please advise with the solution for this issue and with the best channel to communicate our emails. Thank you.

Hi, I've seen previous posts with the same errer message when trying to reinstall Box Drive on MacBook Air The version I'm trying to install is the latest version. I followed posted guidelines on how to delete all traces of Box Drive then reinstalling but I still get the same error message. I tried chat with Box support but they haven't been able to help me resolve the problem. Please can someone advise how they were able to solve the problem? Many thanks
I'm getting 401 and what I've stumbled on is that there is no authorization header with a token set in the header in the api call I compared my pre-flight to the demo and it seems that in my pre-flight request there is no authorization header in the list in Acces-Control-Allow-Header; therefore in the subsequent API call my browser does not send the bearer token. Why is authorization missing from the list??? I'm using Box ContentPicker's latest vision via CDN following this guide https://developer.box.com/guides/embed/ui-elements/picker. Please advise!

I am attempting to log into Box Drive. For 2-step verification I receive the text with the code but when I enter I receive an error that reads: There was a problem sending you a text message. You can wait and try again later. If this persists, your number or service provider may not support text messages from Box. If you have any questions, please contact us for support at http://www.box.com/help I am receiving texts so I am not sure why I am getting this message and unable to log in.
When I create a file as an owner then add Editors and send them a invitation they can download their files the first time but when the come back to download more a few days later they do not show on my side of the folder? Not sure what to do

I was wondering if there was a way to monitor a file and get alerted if the file hasn't been updated in say 3 days or some sort of timeframe. We have a process that starts with a file being updated on a nightly basis. Every once in a while the file doesn't get updated for any number of non-Box related issues. We run into issues where the file doesn't get updated and no one is aware the process is broken until we get downstream errors.

Today I noticed that when I saved a File on Box that I edited that it saved about 12 versions of the file rather than just one. Apparently it is now auto-saving the file every few minutes.I believe this may be due to a new editing app for Excel files that I was asked to enable when I opened the file today. I also see that the red locking button is is no longer visible, and that I am no longer asked If I want to lock the file, that is apparently also being done automatically. Since Box limits saved version to 100 and being able to go back to older versions is important to me, I want to minimize the number of versions that are saved. I only want the version saved when I close the file. Is it possible to turn of auto-saving to Box? Is it possible or necessary to change the editing app, which is my local version of Excel, to stop the auto saves? Is it possible to go back to the old Box Excel editing app that required manual file locking and only saved a version when you saved the file?
All of our files and folders just suddenly disappeared from box and when i try and load our admin dashboard it error 500s. Our external collaborators also have lost access.
Hello Has anyone had any experience using Box with Integromat / Make?I am finding it to be a nightmare. The search module simply does not work. Either returns far too many results - or none (incorrectly). Uploading a file is tedious. Box needs to know IDs for folders each time, so you have to make multiple "Get folder info" calls - but even then mapping the results just does not seem to work. All I am trying to do is make a folder (if it doesn't exist), delete the existing file (if it exists), then finally upload the file. Spent hours and tried all sorts to no avail. Any help much appreciated Andrew

One of my favorite things about Box.com is being able to open PSD files from Box.com to Photoshop on my desktop and when I save the PSD, it saves on Box.com However recently, I haven't had the option to "Open using Photoshop" on any PSD files. The "PS Open" logo on the top right corner is greyed out, too. It's really messing with my workflow, having to download the PSD files from Box.com and reuploading it again.

Is there a way to track specific text changes within a shared uploaded file within Box? I'm not looking for the version history option, but rather a way to see who has added/edited specific text. Please note I'm referring to an uploaded file (not a Box Note).
Is there anything to look for when Box Drive isn't displaying a full list of folders that a user is a collaborator on? In this particular case, the user is the Owner of the folder and all of the subfolders therein, and a good number of those subfolders are not appearing in Box Drive. No errors related to these folders in the Box Drive app (under Problem Items).

Hi, I have a BUSINESS PLUS account and an external collaborator has to upload many videos (more than 10GB) and now she doesn't seem to be able to upload anything (she already uploaded 9GB). Please can you help? I thought it was unlimited for the users (we are 3) and also for external colaborators. Thanks for your help! Julie
