I'm looking for files delete by accident at the beggining of when I start to use BOX. It was in 2015 or 2016.
I'm ready to pay to have a recovery of all my deleted files.
Can you help me please, it's really important to me.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Box stores files and folders you place in Trash for a certain period of time, that default period is 30 days. I'm afraid we can't recover files that was deleted couple years back.
