Admin and End User forums

I have not used my Box account for a while, but recently logged in again. It was empty.Every file, videos, audio, images, Notes, and more were not there.I got a page that said “Oops, We can’t seem to find the page you are looking for.”I was also unable to access Support or any help from that account.Please could someone tell me what has happened, where my files are  and how to get them back? 

The file size for the files in the Salesforce is displaying the correct size/ Numeric values but once moved to the Box displays as “NaNB”.As per the suggestion from the Box Support, we have upgraded the box version but the issue still persists. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have been invited to an Enterprise Box account which is suppose to have unlimited storage. However, when I upload files it says “Account Storage Limit Reached” can anyone assist?

we had set up Box few years back and had a different domain name then. we had re branded and wanted to change the Box login to the new one. it did not allow us to do. so had upgraded to business plus plan but even then it was not working.  so have created a new login and uploaded the contents and have bought the business plus plan. now i want to downgrade the older version to a free version as i do not want to pay twice. can anyone assist me with this please as to how this can be done. thank you 

I am trying to add a user but it says the email is already used in Box but not associated with an enterprise. How do I add them to my group? 

Is it possible to leave a folder where it is and change its permissions to read-only?The scenario here is that this is a subfolder of our company wide drive, and we are reorganizing our folder structure and layout. We want to leave this original folder available to all, but force adoption of the new location by making the old one into read-only. However, since this folder lives in a company wide location, everyone has editor access. I can’t flip this subfolder to read-only without disrupting the whole tree. Is there a way to make this subfolder into read-only without having to removing it from the folder tree and move it somewhere new. I really don’t want to pull the rug out from the users and have them deal with two new locations versus one new location to deal with.

When you click on start a workflow a screen pops up with all the workflows associated with or looking at that folder - is there anyway to make it so only the workflows associated with the user can be seen? We don’t need to see everyone's work flows. Just ours. We pay for our licenses. this is not a free account

When using the manual start for a workflow not all workflows are available in the screen. Can you help with this?

I have a user who accidentally moved their personal Box folder into a folder that is shared with nearly 4 dozen people. When I try to move the folder back where it belongs, I get an error. When I try to remove the other collaborators from the folder, I receive a warning that this will also remove them from the parent folder as the permissions are inherited. I just need to get the user’s folder back in their personal Box, but I don’t want to disrupt access to the parent folder and subsequent child folders for nearly 4 dozen other users. Surely there is a more simplified way to achieve this?

I am trying to add user and I have seats available. However, Box wants to charge me everytime I add a user even though I have seats available. What is the fix here? 

I cannot set a custom subdomain – this needs to be enabled ASAP as it drives the SSO setup

Hi all, and developers，I am an assistant from a company where some of us have the individual account, while some senior and managers would have the Business and Enterprise account . We recently set up a relay with the Business and Enterprise account, which basically would alert certain managers when there is a file uploaded to a box folder. and now there is a problem:When another Business and Enterprise user upload the file, it will trigger the relay;But when an individual account user uploads the file, it will not. Is there any way to solve this issue?Thanks in advance

for my org - is there a hard cap on the number of tier 2 folders and Tier 3 folders from a software functionality or tool restriction ? Can we create 30 Tier 2 folders under our main Tier 1 ? 

I tried three times to purchase the upgrade for my space, but each time I get blocked with a message that says something like: “Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket to customer support.” What should I do?

I am the primary Admin on a Box Business account and I am receiving the error "You do not have permissions to add a new users, contact your administrator for assistance" when trying to add managed users through the Admin Console. I have verified that my account role is set to Admin (not Co-Admin) and the account status is Active, so the permissions appear to be correctly configured. The error occurs on the second Save attempt after the expected "1 user failed to be added" warning (due to the users having existing personal Box accounts). Could someone from Box please help investigate why the primary Admin account is unable to add managed users?

Dear Box Team,I am currently testing the Business Plus plan and planning to distribute materials to multiple external partners via Shared Links.My primary goal is to collect access logs (who downloaded or uploaded files) for each partner. However, we want to avoid forcing our external partners to create or sign up for a Box account. Instead, we would like to implement a simpler verification process, such as requiring them to enter their name and email before accessing the link.I have attempted to configure this in the Admin Console, but I cannot find the "Require Name and Email" or any similar data collection options under the Shared Link settings.Could you please clarify the following: Is there a way to enable the "Require Name and Email" feature in my current Business Plus plan?
