I have been invited to an Enterprise Box account which is suppose to have unlimited storage. However, when I upload files it says “Account Storage Limit Reached” can anyone assist?

👋 Hi @Channy, welcome to the Box Community!

If your plan includes unlimited storage but you're receiving a limited space error when uploading to your ‘own’ account, you'll need to contact your account administrator to increase your storage allocation.

For admins: To edit a managed user’s storage allocation:

  1. Go to Admin Console > Users and Groups.

  2. Click the Managed Users tab.

  3. Click the user’s name.

  4. Make any desired changes, including adjusting storage (the admin can set it to unlimited, depending on your account type).

Let us know if you have any other inquiries. 😊
