Please note that during the upgrade process, there may be a delay as your files and folders are being transferred from a personal account to a Business Box account. This process can take up to 24 hours, depending on the volume of content being migrated.
Once the migration is complete, your files should appear in your Box account as expected. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience as the transfer completes.
I also see that you have an open ticket with our Support team. If your files are still not visible after the 24-hour window, please feel free to follow up on your ticket for further assistance.
