Upgraded to Business but data disappeared

Dear, 

This account I just upgrade it to Business but somehow all my data files are gone. Please help me.

👋 Hello ​@mk1412, I understand your concern regarding your files after upgrading.

 

Please note that during the upgrade process, there may be a delay as your files and folders are being transferred from a personal account to a Business Box account. This process can take up to 24 hours, depending on the volume of content being migrated.
 

Once the migration is complete, your files should appear in your Box account as expected. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience as the transfer completes.
 

I also see that you have an open ticket with our Support team. If your files are still not visible after the 24-hour window, please feel free to follow up on your ticket for further assistance.

Thank for your kind support. I also hope that is the normal circumtance. But it has been much more than 24 hours since the upgrade. I am not seeing anything come back.

Hello, in the same desperate situation as all of you. Just paid a shedload of money to upgrade, and ALL my files disappeared.  At an extremely critical juncture, with clients demanding access.  This is totally and completely unacceptable!

After upgrading to a business account, I lost all of the folders and files. Please let me know where to find them back. Or Could you please let me know how long the data migration from your end will take?

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to report a critical issue regarding my files after upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan.

Since the upgrade, my existing important documents have disappeared, and the new plan is running as if there are no files at all. I need to recover these original files immediately.

Specifically, as shown in the attached image, the "99_Business" folder indicates that it contains 3,260 files. However, when I enter the folder, all files appear to have been automatically deleted or are not visible.

These are vital business documents, and I urgently need to restore them. Please investigate this synchronization error and help me recover my data as soon as possible.

I look forward to your prompt assistance.
