Please note that during the upgrade process, there may be a delay as your files and folders are being transferred from a personal account to a Business Box account. This process can take up to 24 hours, depending on the volume of content being migrated.
Once the migration is complete, your files should appear in your Box account as expected. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience as the transfer completes.
I also see that you have an open ticket with our Support team. If your files are still not visible after the 24-hour window, please feel free to follow up on your ticket for further assistance.

Thank for your kind support. I also hope that is the normal circumtance. But it has been much more than 24 hours since the upgrade. I am not seeing anything come back.

Hello, in the same desperate situation as all of you. Just paid a shedload of money to upgrade, and ALL my files disappeared. At an extremely critical juncture, with clients demanding access. This is totally and completely unacceptable!
