When you click on start a workflow a screen pops up with all the workflows associated with or looking at that folder - is there anyway to make it so only the workflows associated with the user can be seen? We don’t need to see everyone's work flows. Just ours. We pay for our licenses. this is not a free account

👋 Hi @Elaine Cox, thanks for reaching out.

We currently do not have a documented setting to limit the manual “Start a Workflow” list to only workflows associated with the current user.

When a user starts a workflow from a file or folder, the available workflows are tied to that folder. Similarly, the folder’s Details pane shows the workflows associated with that folder. In that sense, the workflow list in that experience is folder-scoped rather than user-scoped.

By contrast, the main Relay Workflows page is user-scoped for non-admin users: users can view only workflows they created, while Box Admins can view all workflows across the organization. This is a different experience from the workflow picker shown when starting a workflow from a folder.

I recommend sharing this idea in Box Pulse, our platform for feature requests and feedback. It helps our Product Team evaluate user needs and continue improving our products and features.

Thank you!
