We would like to try Enterprise.We are in Japan and are stuck with our billing system.We would like to try a quick free trial and continue using it if it does what we want to do.

I’m trying to add a Box Note to a Hub but Box is telling me I don’t have permission to add it.I have Editor access to the root folder and folder where this note is stored.What might be the reason? 

Hi there, We’re a registered nonprofit using Box Sign. We’ve recently noticed that the option to request signatures or sign documents ourselves is no longer appearing in our account. Is there a monthly limit to how many documents we can send for signature under the nonprofit plan? Is there a way to disable the visibility of a specific folder from being able to see the other collaborators having access to a given folder?

Hi,When I went in today, I had 2 users.  I changed the name of one user but kept the email address the same.  Now it says I have 3 users, but I can only see 3.  How do I get rid of the original second user and get back to 2 users on my account?thanks!

helloall of a sudden I cannot open my files anymore, neither the people with the link to may maps and filesI get the message with each of the files that the file may be secured. I nver secured themOr the file keeps pending 

Anyone have step by step instructions on how to send an approval task from the phone? I’ve tried working with my IT team and they can’t figure it out. But I see online that there is a way to do it. 

When an employee within my company with whom we shared multiple Box folders at various levels leaves our company, can we just remove him as a collaborator altogether within our account, with one click? Or do we need to search out all folders shared with him and remove him from each individually?

It is quite time-consuming for our team to manually check the “By checking this box you:” checkbox and click the “Accept & Continue” button for every document that requires a Box Signature within our organization. Would it be possible to integrate this agreement into the “Sign & Finish” button? As seen below Adobe Acrobat Sign does not have these additional mouse clicks -- when the user clicks “Submit” you are agreeing to the disclosures.

Hi guys. I’m trying to evaluate box for a potential customer but am coming up against a few issues. I signed up for free trial but looks like that doesn’t include the ai components because when I try to enable that it says Your company’s agreement with Box does not allow for the use of Box AI. Please contact your Box Account Team or use this link to request access for your company. I’m concerned about support if I do go ahead. Opening a ticket takes 24 hours for a response and there is no local phone number. The pricing seems a bit rough when I can use google drives and they host my email as well in the cost!

Is there a way to hide some or all the user names via groups, box shield or otherwise for a single or multiple folders?  I leverage box to collaborate on creative projects between “external” and “internal” users, however I want to keep my “internal” reviewers/users identity private and hidden from my “external” collaborators. Is there a way to hide their names and details or both users names and details who have access to files? 

I am using Azure AD to manage user groups, and I want to free licenses held by inactive users. Is there a way to automate the freeing of inactive user licenses (delete their account) using built-in functionality without using the API? Thanks

We have an office with only three people, and each person is using Box on the Individual plan. If we switch to the Business plan, can we use the same email address?

I need to update all users emails.  Will this change affect their password? 

Changing ownership of entire folder structures (and content) is done via the ‘Content’ tab in the Admin area of the application.Select the current owner, and drill down to the folder to change - not that you will not be able to do this if ownership is waterfall-inherited from a parent folder - you’ll have to change the parent Select the new owner from the Collaborators list and change their role to ‘owner’You will be warned that the process will remove ownership from the current owner.  The process can take some time to complete (which is odd - I’d assume it was just a database update, but there we are).One thing to watch for is that when I tried first time I was presented with an error messageThe new owners account does not have enough space for the transferThis is becuase the default for a new user is to have a storage constraint of 10Gb on their content.   You have to edit the user record, and change their allocated storage to a larger value (or just tick the ‘unlimited’ box). 

I need to automate sending an approval task to several users (10 to 15 individuals) based on some criteria. The individual users will not be consistent, and I would rather not have to update the list of users in every flow manually after every change in employment. Can I add a group name into the Assignee(s) field in the flow? Are there any formatting or structural requirements to properly reference a group in this field?

Is there anyone noticing smart/curly quotes in Box Notes? I don’t like them, and I’ve ensured it’s not being caused by my OS or web browser, but they are now appearing in my Box Notes if I manually type a single or double quote.

Looking to produce a report of all the folders a specific user is the owner of as well has who those folders are shared out with.

I am using BOX with a personal account. I cannot use a credit card, so please tell me how to pay for BOX usage fees by bank transfer or other means.

Hello--title says it all. Trying to figure out what my largest files are in my organization’s entire Box account. Is there a way to sort so that I can see my largest files at the top?
