When I create a table of contents in a Google Doc on Box and click the link to a header elsewhere in the document, Box opens the document in a new tab. How do I make links in Google Docs within Box take me to the correct place in the document in the current window?

Hello, I was hoping you could help with an issue with incorrect storage usage. on my computer it is showing less than 2Gb used, but on BOX.com it is showing no space available, thank you.

Sent a folder invite to a potential collaborator.  They do not want to join and are receiving constant reminder invite emails. Multiple in a day.  There is no opt out for this in their emails. Email subject is: Reminder: XX has invited you to collaborate on Box  XX invited you to collaborate on:   Folder name is here (I removed it)   Reminder: XX is waiting for your reply.   Accept Invite    

Hello, Would it be possible (with the Business Plus plan) to move a managed user to a external collaborator?  Right now with a normal Business (not plus) plan, we have a couple of externals a managed account under our domain. The Business Plus plan offers unlimited external collaborators, so it would be more cost efficient for us to make these externals real external collaborators. But it would be a pain if we have to recreate accounts and such.  Thanks, Henco

Hi, I have tried multiple times to add a user, and keep running into the error "1 user failed to be added". Pls help! 

I previously had box sync/drive. I removed it and deleted the folders from box off of my desktop. I would now like to sync with my Box account again, but when I try to do so, it starts deleting the folders and files out of box that I have deleted on my desktop. Is there a way for me to use sync again without it trying to turn my Box account into only what is on my device?

I have setup a script for creating new user accounts.  When setting up the app I used "Server Authentication (Client Credentials Grant).  I can create users and folders and set rights.I cannot set the storage policy.  Why?  That's all I need left and I can't find anything in the documentation that says I can or can't do this.What is wrong and why?  I've checked every box for every permission possible with the application.Help.Thanks

Good morning, in BOX Sync I have a trouble with the blue check Mark on my IMAC (OS Ventura). On my laptop (MacBook Air 13" - Sonoma) I can see the blue check marks on the icons, so if I click the mouse right button I can copy link, email link etc directly from the folders. Working on my I-Mac, instead, there are no checks on the folders, and I could not find any setting to enable the feature. On both of my computers I have installed the same Box Sync version, 4.0.8088, so I can't understand why it's different. Maybe it's because of the Operating System? Thanks for your advice

I just needed a 14 day trial and was selected what I thought was the $15/month option if I need to go past the 14 days. Then I got a $540 credit card charge on my statement for some type of team plan. I just needed to access a few drawings from a client who uses Box.com. Please tell me how to get this refunded! This is ridiculous. 

Hello, I have removed everything from my Box folder and the trash, but there is still 15.5 Gb of space currently being indicated as used on my account. Could you please run the script on my account (or completely reset the storage space) ? My account id is 13340054. Best, Nicolas

I'm an individual member. After replacing my mobile phone, I can't log in because I haven't received two-factor authentication. Apparently, the verification code has been sent to me, but I can't receive it on my new phone. What should I do?

Box Sync window says 971 files remaining. Calculating Time Remaining.... Then I get an error message Unable to sync 971 files. Have tried closing box sync and logging in again, just to start the same process all over again. What do I try next?

Hello, the usage space is shown wrong. The website says I use 58 GB of 50 GB, but it should be around 32 GB or even less. Please run the script. Thanks Best regards

Hi, https://developer.box.com/reference/get-folders-id-items/  I'm trying to use the 'boxapi: shared_link= ' as header but it can't get it working. This header can be used on the file or folder shared, as well as on any files or folders nested within the item. It does not show any items related to the shared_link folder I added in the header.  When using this header option, what should I add as :folder_id https://api.box.com/2.0/folders/:folder_id/items   When using a shared_link how should I know the :folder_id, a bit confused here.   Regards, Pascal

I am missing all files and folders on my account.  I am the account owner and I am not sharing the folders/files with anyone.  Account shows 4.6 GB used.
