I just needed a 14 day trial and was selected what I thought was the $15/month option if I need to go past the 14 days. Then I got a $540 credit card charge on my statement for some type of team plan. I just needed to access a few drawings from a client who uses Box.com. Please tell me how to get this refunded! This is ridiculous.
