Google Docs Table of Contents links open in a new tab

When I create a table of contents in a Google Doc on Box and click the link to a header elsewhere in the document, Box opens the document in a new tab. How do I make links in Google Docs within Box take me to the correct place in the document in the current window?

Hi Maggi, I'm having this same issue! It's very annoying, as it doesn't even take me to the right section of the document in the new tab... Did you ever manage to resolve it? Help would be much appreciated!
