Would it be possible (with the Business Plus plan) to move a managed user to a external collaborator? 

Right now with a normal Business (not plus) plan, we have a couple of externals a managed account under our domain. The Business Plus plan offers unlimited external collaborators, so it would be more cost efficient for us to make these externals real external collaborators. But it would be a pain if we have to recreate accounts and such.
