Do you have an alternate Box account? It shows that you're currently using an individual account in the forum.
And in order to assist with your reactivation query. Kindly use your Box Business account and create a new ticket.
We'd love to further assist!
Would Box be able to open a a ticket? I do not have access to the Business box account.
This would be through our corp admin. Is there no help for the individual accounts? Thank you!
