Box drive does not sync with box, my files on laptop file folder do not sync with box. If I uninstall box, do I loose files on my box folder in the computer that did not sync to box

I am transferring from an old mac to a new mac using Box to work from as I do this. I brought the new mac up today after it was in the shop to transfer all the files from my old from this week. I signed on to the new mac at the prompt from box and all the files that I had worked on from the week were gone. How can I retrieve these files please? Thank you for all your help! 

It’s ridiculous that this is STILL a thing. Can someone please please please run the silly script that corrects my storage limit? Thanks! 

Say an organisation has the Business Plus plan (with unlimited external collaborators). 1. When an external user on a Free Individual account becomes an external collaborator, does that free user get to piggyback on the Business Plus organisation's storage space and sync more than 10 GB? Or do they remain restricted to syncing 10 GB? 2. Is it possible to add a specific number of "external collaborators" to any of the plans below the Business Plus plan? Or, if you want to have external collaborators, is Business Plus or above is the only option?

Hello everybody, I have to add myself to the plethora of people struggling with this problem for months now: my storage limit is 10 GB and I'm only using a small proportion of it. Box keeps telling me via the "counter" on the lower left side of the home-screen, I'm using 9,7 GB. Everytime I want to upload something, it says I need to upgrade my account to a programme with costs. I'll maybe consider this, but not before this problem with my free account is solved (it should be a matter of a click in the right box/resetting the counter - I've read in another help-thread that there's a code for that, so PLEASE run this on my account). Hello, Our company is undergoing an industry accreditation audit that requires our files be backed up in more than one place. We currently use Box as our only file storage.  What is the best way to automatically back up our Box data on a schedule to another cloud provider (currently looking at Azure Blob storage but would consider an AWS option). In my search thus far, I don't see much information regarding getting information OUT of box for this purpose. Can someone help with ideas? Thanks in advance.

I’ve searched a lot, youtube, Box, and Zoom documentation, and the docs always point to an activation box but none show WHERE. I just want to have my recordings transferred to my box folder(s).

I’m attempting to synchronize a variety of folders between Box and my iPad. I use the iPad when at a job site, and may not have access to wifi. This works very well for some folders, but other folders show as continually “Downloading” and the Sync Activity shows “Saving Unsuccessful” for that folder. How can I troubleshoot, and ultimately resolve this problem?

A GEICO insurance adjuster had me try and upload some documents using Box, I created an account and tried to upload the one document to the shared folder and it says I don’t have enough storage space, which is incorrect because I only have one document. I need help getting this uploaded, it is time sensitive. Additionally, the lack of easy to use customer support is insane. 

 per https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044193393-Admin-Transfer-Protocol-for-Departed-Admins, I need an "admin password reset link."  The admin on our account has left our organization; I am a co-admin, but need to be the main admin so I can disable that admin's access.   I have the info needed (again, per the link above) to request the link, including the invoice number, date and amount, and check number.   BUT: I don't see where I go to request the link.  I just keep getting sent to this forum.  What is my next step?

I have multiple customers reporting that they cannot access the BOX shared links that I send them.  My links are public, accessible to everyone with the link.  Experiation date 30 days, not yet expired.  All of these links work for me just fine, even if I open it on a computer not logged into BOX. These companies are all large government contractors with high-security standards.  They’re not going to adjust their settings for me, a lowly sub contractor.It appears something has changed with BOX that may be triggering their firewalls for the past month.  Can this be resolved?

I am able to change the color and add a custom logo to my File Request form. Is it possible to customize the banner, beyond just the color?

Hello, Box tells me that I don't have enough storage - I do.  Other articles suggest that you can only fix this through box.  But, I can't seem to actually get to a place to submit request.  How do I get help?   Thanks so much,   Jill

We are in the middle of our CMMC / NIST 800-171 audit and they are requiring a shared responsibility matrix FROM Box.com.   Is there somewhere to download this type of Document.   We are on the FedRamp service but am having trouble finding any documentation on Box.com FedRamp and responsibilities.

I too have a 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor and I am unable to Download Box drive to my Windows 11 pc.  Does Box  Support intend to create enhancements to correct this issue because we pay alot of money for this application. IO used Box Drive often on my old pc and it is more convenient than the Web based version please advise if this going to be addressed.

When videos are posted for review, the player controls cover the video. This makes it difficult to accurately review the video because the content is covered by the controls, for at least the first couple seconds. Which means if you have an opening they want to watch, they can’t. If they need to proof read graphics/subtitles, they can’t. It really defeats the entire purpose of online file sharing.Why is Box covering my product with the player controls? Can’t they move them off the top of my videos?I see no option to do that. Is there a setting available? Thanks for any help.

I am missing multiple files, files that I have created and others that were shared via box. Need help to either restore or regain access to these as they are very sensitive.
